Model - a two dimensional visual display of a portfolio using bubbles plotted on 2 dimensions.

The chart uses circles or bubbles to represent each element of the portfolio. So in a project portfolio each circle would be plotted against 2 axes, chosen to represent an important strategic consideration in decision making. Typically the bubble size is in proportion to a relevant metric such as project cost or value. In GenSight there is unlimited flexibility on the choice of axes or metrics to use for model. Multiple models can be constructed, with the output of one model being used to feed into another.

GenSight can plot all the elements in a portfolio simultaneously using six different business criteria (X and Y axes, bubble size, pie charting, color, inner bubble). This enables users to quickly assimilate large amounts of data with clarity, precision and holistic insight.
