Mr. Menard is the creator of GenSight's Decision Excellence® process methodology, which he has implemented working with senior executives of global customers across a variety of industries, including various subsidiaries and business units of Johnson & Johnson, Georgia Pacific and Toro.
Prior to co-founding the GenSight Group, Mr. Menard was a founding partner of the Atlantis Group, a consulting firm focused on the design, implementation and adoption of criteria-based decision-making for large corporations.
Mr. Menard brings a varied background as an executive with particular expertise in the areas of engineering, research and development, and operations. Mr. Menard held several domestic and international leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where, over a 25 year career, he conceived, launched and managed a number of new products and technologies, and was awarded 15 U.S. and multiple international patents. Immediately prior to leaving J&J in 1997, Mr. Menard was Vice President of Worldwide Engineering, where he chartered, created and developed a global technical organization responsible for new technology and process development, R&D support, new product introductions and capital allocation for operations in 44 countries.
Mr. Menard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Governor’s State University.
