Mr.Menard is the creator of GenSight's Decision Excellence® process
methodology, which he has implemented working with senior
executives of global customers across a variety of industries,
including various subsidiaries and business units of Johnson & Johnson,
Georgia Pacific and Toro. Prior to co-founding the GenSight
Group, Mr. Menard was a founding partner of the Atlantis
Group, a consulting firm focused on the design, implementation
and adoption of criteria-based decision-making for large
corporations.
Mr. Menard brings a varied background as an executive
with particular expertise in the areas of engineering,
research and development, and operations. Mr. Menard held
several domestic and international leadership positions
at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where, over a 25 year
career, he conceived, launched and managed a number of
new products and technologies, and was awarded 15 U.S.
and multiple international patents.
Immediately prior to
leaving J&J in 1997, Mr. Menard was Vice President
of Worldwide Engineering, where he chartered, created and
developed a global technical organization responsible for
new technology and process development, R&D support,
new product introductions and capital allocation for operations
in 44 countries. Mr. Menard holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Life Sciences from Governor’s State University.

David
Munt is based in London where he heads the UK activities
of The GenSight Group, which includes software product
development. Mr. Munt has a unique breadth of expertise,
having dedicated his career to the innovative application
of advanced information technology to solve complex
business strategy problems, and is the creator of the
firm's proprietary software, GenSight®.
Prior to The GenSight Group, Mr. Munt was the founder
and Managing Director of Strategic Dynamics Ltd, a software
and strategic consulting firm that primarily developed
software for corporate planning. Previously Mr. Munt
spent more than a decade as a senior consultant and director
of several well-known UK based consulting firms, including
PA Consulting, Generics and StratX, where he specialized
in strategic planning applications with particular emphasis
on market simulation. During this time, Mr. Munt recognized
the need for software tools for strategic decision support
and simulation as a key component of the corporate planning
process. This became the basis for the GenSight® software
product.
Mr. Munt has consulted and lectured world-wide on strategy
and business issues. Mr. Munt holds a first class honors
degree in engineering from Brunel University, a postgraduate
marketing degree and an MBA from the University of Westminster. |
