If you choose to go for an on-premise installation then we work closely with your enterprise IT team. System requirements are straightforward, and we help you through all the stages of the installation.
Before we deliver GenSight we configure it to meet your specific requirements. This includes everything from high level portfolio architecture, scorecard and decision criteria – right through to user interface options.
We setup the configuration using the GenSight configuration studio. This is a powerful toolkit with a graphical user interface that enables non-technical client personnel to effect changes to the system to reflect ever-evolving business requirements. For on-premise clients the configuration toolkit is also supplied as part of the deliverables.
We take the lead on the initial configuration to ensure the system is an exact fit to your needs. At the same time, we provide training and educational support to key client personnel, as part of a planned skills transfer program to ensure the right skills and knowledge are available in-house.
