We work closely with our clients from initial requirements through to live operation and ongoing support. We are committed to providing a range of ongoing support services.

USER TRAINING

We provide end-user and administrator training on a client-specific basis, tailored to the GenSight® configuration implementation. Initial training is usually provided as part of a bundled solution, and we are always ready to respond to additional training requirements that may subsequently arise.

PRODUCT UPDATES

The GenSight Group has an ongoing program of research and development to continuously enhance the GenSight® product. As part of our maintenance services to clients we provide product updates that include:

  • Software updates

  • Enhancements

  • Documentation updates

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
