Prior to installation the GenSight software is configured to meet client-specific requirements, including the development of the portfolio architecture, scorecard and decision criteria drawn from the process design phase for the application. We also equip clients with a software configuration toolkit that enables in-house support and modification of the configuration as business needs evolve or the organization structure changes.
